Where the Big Five roam, the Cape meets two oceans, and every sunset paints the Drakensberg gold
South Africa is one of the world's most extraordinary destinations — a nation of staggering biodiversity, dramatic landscapes, rich culture, and world-class food and wine.
From the wildlife-packed plains of Kruger National Park to the towering cliffs of the Drakensberg, from the Winelands valleys around Stellenbosch to the rugged Garden Route coast, South Africa packs an entire continent's worth of experiences into a single country.
Cape Town alone rivals any great world city — Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Boulders Beach penguins, and the Cape of Good Hope all within easy reach. Then there's Johannesburg's vibrant arts scene, the surf breaks of Jeffreys Bay, and the serene beauty of Knysna's lagoon. South Africa rewards every type of traveler.
